My shampoo adventures… I’ve tried them all…😒
I can still feel the funny feeling of fuzzy new hair growth from the most recent biopsy…. MCTco bars…
I’ve recently started a low-carb, no sugar diet and stevia destroys my gut so the options are quite limited. I have been looking for snacks that I can have on the go or that even just taste good. I am doing intermittent fasting and a full 24 one day a week. I’m also switching up the hours which I do this and I’m mostly on the run throughout the week so I needed something I could have that was worth an eat and gave me what I needed to keep going. So, I’ve been on a new adventure with my son. I found a program called “Pompa Program”. It claims that you can reverse auto immune, autism, etc. (turn off your genetics) So, hey… what’s the harm…? I figured it sounded good. Lots of educational videos in the program to explain why you’re doing what you’re doing, what you’ll be doing and how. Honestly, very impressed with the amount of education they provide. To CBD or not to CBD…
While I would love to go into great detail about the benefits I have personally seen from using CBD, I can’t and I’ll tell you why. The FDA doesn’t want any competition for big pharma. Plain and simple. The potential side effects of a lot of prescription drugs are pretty terrible and most of them will keep you a customer for life (or, a very long time while making you add more to your cabinet to combat the side effects you got from the ones you were already taking). Let me tell you about one of the coolest inventions I have seen in a long time. The 03 waterworks laundry and spray bottle.
